Executive Team
The Executive Team is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the DTU Microbes Initiative. These include organizing of actions, such as meetings, workshops, and conferences, and the Team interacts directly with the members of the DTU Microbes Initiative. The Executive Director contributes to the proposal of the scope, goals, activities, and development of the DTU Microbes Initiative, and is a non-voting member of the Steering Committee.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee provides support and guidance on the scope, goals, activities, and development of the DTU Microbes Initiative. The members of the Steering Committee are representatives from the DTU Departments & Centers that contribute with the most members to the DTU Microbes Initiative, and each member has one vote. The Chair is a non-voting member of the Steering Committee and provides oversight to activities and budget.
The Executive Team, together with the Steering Committee, as well as the Early-Career Advisory Committee and the individual Members are working towards the shared Vision & Mission of the DTU Microbes Initiative.
